Heat Resisting Steel Boiler Tube/Pipe Stick Electrode N-1S

Characteristics

N-1S is low hydrogen type electrodes for 1 to 1.50%Cr-0.5%Mo steel in all posirions. This weld metal is required postheating at 620 to 720°C and is able to used at high temperatures up to 550°C.

Applications

Welding of piping steel (STPA22, 23, A335-P11, P12), boiler and heat exchanger, tubes (STBA22, 23, A199-T11, A213-T11, T12), rolled steel (SCMV2, 3, A387Gr11, 12), cast steel (A217-WC6) and forged steel (A 182-F11, F12, A336-F12).
