Characteristics

Outstanding efficiency and economy are obtained in multi-layer narrow gap welding of heavy plates since flux consumption rate is low and slag is extrmely easy to remove. Weld metal shows excellent toughness. Weldability and mechanical properties are excellent also in high current welding with normal groove and strength is sufficient even after stress relief annealing for long hours.

Applications

Narrow gap welding and single layer welding of 490MPa high tensile strength for pressure vessels, heavy electric machinery.
