Characteristics
This welding method is Simplified Electro-slag welding process with Nonconsumable Elevating Tip. It is provided sufficientpenetration, sound weld joint, excellent tensile strength properties and high toughness in extra high heat Input up to approx 1,000kJ/cm.
Applications
Electroslag welding materials of up to 520MPa high tensile strength steel such as TMCP295, TMCP325 and TMCP355 for diaphragm of steel frames.
