Corrosion Resisting Steel / CO2 Flux Cored Wire SF-50W
Characteristics
SF-50W is a rutile type seamless flux cored arc welding wire to be used with CO2 shield gas. The diffusible hydrogen content is extremely low and, consequently, the weld metal shows excellent crack resistance. The weldability is excellent, and, especially in horizontal fillet welding, the bead is beautiful and the slag is easy to remove.
Applications
Welding of 400 to 490MPa atmospheric corrosion resisting steel (W specification) such as SMA400W and 490W for steel frames and bridges.
