Stainless Steel / Ar+O2 Solid wire YM-308
Characteristics
YM-308 is a gas metal arc welding wire to be used with Ar+0.5 to 2%O2 shield gas. The Arc is stable, the bead appearance is beautiful with outstanding edge wetting and weldability is satisfactory. The weld metal fo 19%Cr-9%Ni contains an adequate amount of ferrite and shows excellent resistance to hot cracking.
Applications
Welding of 18%Cr-8%Ni Stainless Steel for chemical engineering and food processing apparatus.
