Low Temperature Service Steel Submerged Arc Welding Material NB-55LS×Y-3NI
Characteristics
It produces Ti-B bearing weld metal having excellent low temperature toughness as impact value at −70°C and CTOD value at −50°C in as welded condition. It rovides sufficient resistance for sea water corrosion.
Applications
Multi-layer welding of high-toughness YP360 and YP420 class steel for offshore structures in frigid sea area.
